Weekly Classes
We offer a variety of packages for our weekly classes.Discover the Golden Subscription, offering full access to all Sentimiento classes and events.
Bachata • Bachazouk • Zouk
Weekly Bachata classes every Wednesday, with a strong focus on technique and control.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, we explore how Zouk technique transitions into Bachata, because correct technique is the key to achieving true Bachazouk.
Lady Style
Lady Style classes take place every Monday and focus on confidence, body awareness, and feminine expression.
Through technique and musicality, dancers develop control, strength, and personal style that enhances all partner dances.
Students registered for the 21:30 class receive free access to the 20:30 class.
Courses
Every year, we offer two levels of the Toalha course.
You will learn different Toalha variations and develop control, flow, and technique, taking your dance to the next level with one of the most trending movements of 2026–2027.

Bachata - Beginners +
Bachata Technique is an all-levels class for dancers who want to improve their technique, create clearer movements, and significantly enhance their leading and following.
Bachata Improvers
The Improvers class is designed for dancers with around six months of experience who already have a solid foundation in the basics and are ready to progress into more complex combinations.
Bachazouk Intermediate +
After mastering technique, the Intermediate class is for dancers with around one year of experience who have a very strong foundation in the basics, are comfortable with more complex combinations, and are ready to incorporate Zouk movements into Bachazouk.
Bachazouk Advance
The Advanced class is designed for experienced dancers who have mastered technique, control, and musicality.
This level focuses on complex combinations, refined Zouk mechanics, advanced Bachazouk concepts, and deep connection, allowing dancers to move with precision, flow, and full body awareness.

Classes
Zouk Fundamentals
In this class, we start Zouk from the very beginning, and it is open to all levels.
This class can be taken independently, even if you are not joining Bachazouk.
For dancers who wish to join Bachazouk Intermediate, participation in this class is mandatory, as the lesson structure focuses first on Zouk technique and then on its application in Bachata, providing the essential foundations required.
Zouk Advance +
Zouk Advanced is a show-moves class focused on challenging combinations and advanced technique.
This class can be taken independently, even without joining Bachazouk.
For dancers who wish to participate in Bachazouk Advanced, attendance in this class is mandatory, as the material is then applied directly in Bachazouk Advanced.

Lady Style
Lady Style Beginners +
Lady Style for Beginners & Improvers is open to all levels and is designed for dancers who want to improve their fluidity, body control, and confidence in partner work.
Lady Style Intermediate +
Lady Style Intermediate & Advanced is designed for dancers with solid experience who want to refine their technique, fluidity, and body control at a higher level.
The focus is on musicality, precision, Zouk head movements, balance, and expressive movement, enhancing confidence and performance quality in both solo work and partner dancing.
Acéptalo Project
Acéptalo is a Bachata Lady Style fusion choreography project exploring acceptance, expression, and feminine strength.
Blending Bachata, hip-hop, and Zouk, it combines clean technique with emotional depth to create a powerful and authentic performance experience.
